At Wild Green Acres, we are committed to delivering high-quality lawn care and home services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we want to make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully.
2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

We cancelled your booking without prior notice

The service was not performed as agreed

You were charged incorrectly or double-billed

Significant property damage occurred due to our negligence
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service

No-shows by the client at the time of service

Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing lawn or property conditions

Services that have been fully and correctly rendered
5. Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel a prepaid booking more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

7. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (EFT/bank transfer or cash).
