Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Scheduling

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking details and finalize scheduling.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee

  • Rescheduling is free of charge when requested in advance

  • No-shows will be charged in full

3. Payment Terms

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery

  • EFT/Bank transfer (invoice provided)

  • Online payment (coming soon)

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made.

4. Service Guarantee

Wild Green Acres is committed to providing high-quality service. If you're not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear access to the service area

  • Inform us of any specific requirements or hazards

  • Ensure pets are secured during service

  • Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas

6. Liability

  • While we take every precaution to protect your property, Wild Green Acres is not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not clearly marked. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.

7. Weather Policy

  • Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather affects your scheduled service.
